My Therapeutic Style
and Approach
We all struggle at one point or another in our lives and can benefit from talking to a therapist. Therapy can be a very powerful tool to help better your life and the lives of your family by improving moods and relationships. Therapy can teach the tools needed to better cope with the stress of life’s challenges.
I utilize several evidenced-based practices, based on the need of you and your family. I take a client-centered approach to allow you and/or your child to discuss what is important at that particular session. Together, we will make lasting changes by discovering unhealthy patterns of behaviors and thoughts and shaping them into ones that are healthier. I work to develop a warm, trusting, and supportive environment in order to help you and/or your family feel safe and heard.
I look forward to meeting with each of you and helping you on your wellness journey!
